This is your basic safety setup in a commercial kitchen to isolate gas in an emergency.
An CGS emergency button will provide manual shutdown of the gas supply through a CGS gas solenoid valve. Once the emergency has been resolved, authorized personnel can then reset the gas supply by resetting the emergency button.
The CGS-EGOTW pictured is a multipurpose push button is a twist re-set, flush mounted button and comes with a clear protective cover to avoid accidental activation. Keyed reset & other types available upon request.
